foodie friday: veggie dip

i found myself with a ton of vegetables in my fridge last weekend and people coming over. knowing i would be out of town for a couple of weeks, the vegetables needed to be eaten and just sometimes, raw veggies sometimes need a little accompaniment.  this recipe is much more healthy than normal ranch dip and super easy to make!

veggie dip (via wholelifestylenutrition)

1 cup plain yogurt
2 T sour cream
1/4 t unrefined sea salt
1/4 t unrefined garlic salt
1/4 t onion powder
1/8 t paprika
1/8 t black pepper
1/8 t celery seed
1/8 t dill weed

simply mix all ingredients together, chill and serve with vegetables!
