music monday: great lake swimmers

i hope you listen to the entire mini-concert with tony dekker. it’s quite beautiful.

what a week. i found myself quite busy, which in turn left me tired. (and that’s not a bad thing at the end of a week) lots of people, learning, newness and a quick change of seasons – all of this left me needing a little time alone in the mountains, so tonight i plan on baking bread and tomorrow will head out with a thermos of coffee, pack lunch, a good book, my camera and enjoy a little solitude in nature before winter shoves autumn out the door. it’s funny how i can desire solitude and a good friend at the same time and i find myself wishing i was in norway to have both. but i am learning the art of being content and enjoying what God has placed in front of me. He is enough.

happy monday!
